Rozy supports children, teens, young adults, and individuals navigating identity, cultural transitions, and emotional overwhelm. She draws from a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens, helping clients regulate emotions, improve self-esteem, and explore their full selves—in both English and Farsi.
If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or just not like yourself lately, you’re not alone. Life can get heavy, and sometimes we all need a space to pause, breathe, and feel seen. That’s what I’m here for.
I’m Rozy Pishvaiy, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist offering individual, family, and couples therapy in Orange County and across California. Whether you're going through a major transition, feeling disconnected in relationships, or just trying to make sense of your inner world, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and grow. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, free from masks and pressure, and begin your journey toward who you truly want to be.
I earned my Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, and I’m passionate about building real connections with my clients. Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and centered on helping you build insight, resilience, and confidence at your own pace.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll probably find me catching up with friends and family, trying out new coffee shops and food spots, bingeing a new series, or hanging out with my cat (who definitely thinks she’s the star of the household).
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step but it’s a strong and meaningful one. If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to hear from you.
Rozy is supervised by Kathleen "Kay" Wenger, M.A., LMFT #38183, LPCC #1450. She offers sessions in Laguna Beach and online via Telehealth.
Who I Work Best With: I work best with children, teens, adults, couples, and first-generation individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected from their sense of self or each other. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges and want a space where they feel truly seen and supported. As a Farsi-speaking therapist, I also offer a culturally sensitive environment for Persian and Middle Eastern clients who prefer to speak in Farsi or who value shared cultural understanding. Whichever language, my focus is on creating a warm, grounded, and collaborative space to support your healing and growth.
I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive—designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be. Whether you're navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome.
As a Farsi-speaking therapist, I offer support in both English and Farsi, helping clients of diverse backgrounds explore identity, generational patterns, and personal growth in a language and cultural context that feels natural and empowering.
My style blends evidence-based practices with deep empathy, curiosity, and gentle challenge—so you can uncover clarity, make lasting changes, and reconnect with yourself and others in meaningful ways.
